Draft Breakdown v2.0

2nd Round

Brian Robiskie
WR Ohio State Senior
6'2" 209 lbs 40: 4.51 sec
Strengths: Robiskie may be the safest WR pick in the entire draft. Has a good combination of size and athleticism. Has very consistent hands and runs near perfect routes. Isn't afraid to go across the middle or take a hit when running with the ball. Finds a way to get open against even the best cover corners. Understands where the holes are in a zone defense. Decent seperation for his speed. Does a solid job working the sidelines on out routes. Solid leaping ability and gets the ball at it's highest point. Uses his hands to catch and rarely makes body catches. A good character player with a high football IQ, Robsikie studies and understands the game. Solid down blocker and hard worker.
Weaknesses: Isn't as fast as you'd like from a WR. Production dropped off his senior season, but that was mainly due to having a "run first" freshman quarterback at the helm. Isn't much of a deep threat, but is more than just a possession WR.
Quick Hits: Robiskie's father, Terry, is the WR coach for the Atlanta Falcons, so he knows the ins and outs of the NFL game. Brian is a hard worker and has a squeaky clean character. Robiskie might be one of the only "can't miss" prospects in this year's draft. Probably has more talent than what is seen on film, Robiskie will really thrive in the right system.
